I have used Heller & Consultants for many years for 3 different properties. Communication is great, they are very on top of things and efficient. There is no work on your part, they do everything and you have nothing to lose. If you can get a reduction, they will get it for you. It's pretty much a no-brainer. Unfortunately, I haven't received too many reductions over the years, but that's not their fault. Every other homeowner I ask has the same complaint (assortment of different grievance companies). Crookhaven wants money, so they resist lowering if possible.
