I have been using Heller and consultants to grieve my property taxes in both Nassau and Suffolk counties for properties that our family owns for the past 10+ years. They send constant reminders to file annually as to not miss deadlines. Even though the process does take time due to the county agencies, Heller sends constant status updates and when the are successful with a reduction, everything is laid out for the customer where it is easily understandable to the average homeowner. Calls are returned promptly and they give the answers you need to clarify. I have recommended Heller to numerous friends and family over the years due to my personal experiences with them. I continue to use them to this day and will do so going forward.
