I just recently retained Jennifer Mendelsohn about a month ago. My divorce was finalized almost a year ago after five long years. I've had more than one attorney during this five year period and yet cannot speak highly of any of them nor would recommend any of them. After searching for a new attorney for post divorce matters I chose Ms. Mendelsohn. I also have a good friend that had used her as well and spoke highly of her. I have a few court matters pending and will post another review when this is finalized. Crossing my finger she's the one that will truly fight for my rights as well as my four daughters. Jennifer resolved a major problem my husband & I were experiencing with a major car dealer on LI. Her professional advice and guidance resolved this case out of court. I used Jennifer Mendelsohn for over a year now. She is very good at what she does and she was honest and told me the reality of what the result was going to be as far as my daughter. She didn't feed me empty promises like most lawyers do. The women in her office are also very friendly and helpful. She spoke with facts and did everything she could do for the best benefit of my daughter. She also was compassionate towards my feelings and concerns. I would absolutely recommend her as a lawyer.

Ms. Mendelsohn represented me during my divorce. Ms. Mendelsohn's knowledge of marital law and her professionalism was unsurpassed. I felt I had someone in my corner fighting for my rights! She was able to negotiate an agreement with my wife's attorney that was amicable to both sides. I also used Ms. Mendelsohn for a real estate transaction. Ms. Mendelsohn provided excellent representation from contract signing to closing. I highly recommend Ms. Mendelsohn, she is honest, trustworthy and very professional.

I hired Ms. Mendelsohn several years ago. She is appears to be very competent at first, but she is anything but capable. First of all, I had been dealing with her for 5 months with limited contact. She hardly returned a phone call, and when we finally got to Court I found out from my ex - that she split office space with her attorney. Matters only got worse. She held a secret meeting with the Judge, and then tried to get me to accept a lousy deal - telling me that the Judge did not like me. She was so bad, I actually had to fire her in the Courtroom. This is only my opinion from my experience, but I wish I had never met her.

My husband and I are separated. He took me to court for moniteral support. Jennifer represented all the facts to the as to why this should be denied. The court denied his case. Jennifer is currently representing me in a difficult divorce proceeding against my husband. With her guidance and support she has made it easier for me to get through this situation. She is honest and caring. My adult children praise her and are so pleased that she is representing me. Choosing Jennifer Mendelsohn to represent you is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Please be careful, used her for my divorce and am and will regret it for the next 10 years plus. She talks a big game yet when push comes to shove, she'll wind up helping your spouses lawyer more then you. She WILL NOT stand up and fight for you. She comes cheap and as the saying goes you get what you pay for!!!!

She is a great attorney ! She helped me fight for what was right and I am grateful to her services she provided! My ex-boyfriend was horrible parent and she helped prove that to the eyes of the law and I got sole custody of my son.
