My experience with Yakov Mushiyev & Associates was the best one I had. I am extremely satisfied with their services. All their staff (Ally, Tony, Ricky) were professional and dedicated to my case. Yakov was always in contact with me and provided updates with my case. They worked so hard and diligently to provide me with best possible outcome. I highly recommend Atty. Yakov and his team! My husband and I got into a motor vehicle accident. My husband got a different lawyer to handle his injury. I got Atty. Yakov. Thank goodness I got Atty. Yakov because it was easy to get in touch with him. If I have questions, I call his office, and if his paralegals are not able to answer my question or I needed it explained in detail, his paralegal will let me know that Atty. Yakov will call and explain things to me. Atty. Yakov will always call within 30 mins, explain, and give me reassurance. I really appreciate how personable and involve he was. I say this because this was not the case with my husband’s lawyer. He’s only met and spoken with his lawyer once and it was always the paralegal who would give him a message. Whenever Atty Yakov or one of his paralegals call me to give updates, and I share the update with my husband. My husband would say, “I haven’t heard from my lawyer yet.” (Well, he never did). Atty. Yakov was just hands on and I know that if he is the way he is with my case, I’m sure he is the same with the rest of his clients. Another one I am thankful for was he and his team made sure to negotiate my lien. I made a mistake on missing the 2 medical appointments supposedly to be conducted by the car insurance of the other driver. Since I missed it, the medical bills became my obligation. Atty. Yakov and his team assured me that they can negotiate it down and they did! My husband and I both accepted a settlement and signed paperwork on the same day at the same time, just with different law offices. I was in and out of Atty. Yakov’s office. My husband on the other hand was still waiting at his lawyer’s office. I had to wait for another 30-40 mins for him. I just got my settlement check last Monday, 4 days ago and my husband still do not have his. That says a lot! I cannot stress enough the importance of getting a good lawyer to fight for you. It is hard enough that the accident cause you physical pain, that burden is too much as it is. Then you’d have to go make sure you squeeze in rehab in your schedule so that pain gets alleviated somehow. Then there’s this trauma of the accident. Let Atty. Yakov and his amazing team help you, so you don’t have to worry about your case and you can focus on yourself, your health and getting better. Update: I got my settlement check Nov 13th, then wrote this review Nov 16th. Today, Dec 11th my husband just got his settlement check. Remember, we both decided to settle and signed paperwork on the same day, and he just got his check today, just 2 days shy of a month. Wouldn’t you like to get your settlement check sooner than later? Definitely choose Atty Yakov to represent you!

My experience with Gregory Spektor and Associates has been a wild one lol. From the first initial meeting I felt good to have them on my side. The person I met Jessica Flores (she is their secret weapon) she is amazing from keeping me updated on my case as much as she could even though she wasn’t working on my case directly. She was great at explaining to me each step and each phase. Even if she didn’t know the answer she would tell me she will get back to me with some information and she always did it without hesitation. I owe her so much and she is truly a blessing. I will say there was a lack of communication coming towards the end but then here comes their other secret weapons the John’s and Tim. They heard my frustration from not hearing from anyone besides Jessica who was able to give but so much information because she wasn’t actually working that closely on my case. Anyway John came in and broke down all the final and next steps and made me feel heard and i really appreciate that. He was even able to get both parties to settle which was amazing . I will say they have team here where some are amazing and some are horrible at responding to calls and emails. I do understand it’s busy and crazy but sometimes people just want to know what is happening on their case especially if it’s their first time like me but I can say once you do reach the few angels they have i promise you all that frustration disappears because you know your in good hands. Thanks again and waiting for that last phone call lol

Had a great experience with the law firm

Gregory spector and associates are very lackadaisical maybe they have too many cases or just don't give a damn either way I don't think anyone would be pleased with lackadaisical service do better.
