The office said they will call to follow up on case. They never called. Very unprofessional if you are not going to take the case just say that instead of waste people time and make them wait for your call.
Also at the time we are scheduled for consultation the door for office is locked. If everyone pack up and go home why you gave us that time to come. Had to call and let them know we are here so they could open door.
Also when main lawyer alex talk to us he was very rude. Sound like we waste his time by talk to us. Not friendly attitude.
