The team was super responsive and took care of the ticket as they said they would. My cell phone ticket was resolved with a not guilty verdict. Recommend!

Had Mike handle a speeding ticket in Queens for me, and I have to say he was very professional. The process was so easy, everything done by email, and did not even have to appear in court and was able to get a mandatory 6 point ticket dropped down!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for any tickets I get (hopefully I don't get anymore lol).

I got a ticket with a potential 5 point penalty for just holding my cell phone on the dashboard (I was not actually using it). Palumbo and Associates managed the entire process smoothly (I didn't have to do anything) and delayed the hearing for almost one year. At the end of the day, after pleading "Not Guilty", they were able at the hearing to get the ticket dismissed and I was found not guilty. I couldn't think about a better outcome. Thank you, Palumbo and Associates! I hope not to need their services again... but, if something should happen, they will be the first Law Office I will call!

I highly recommend Attack that Ticket for handling moving violations. I drive fast cars and invevitably get 1 or 2 tickets each year for speeding or whatever. This used to cause me a lot of stress. Now I just e-mail a copy of the violation to Attack That Ticket and send them a check for a few hundred bucks. They take care of everything from there. Although there are no guarantees they always manage to reduce the charge so that I don't get any points on my license. Sometimes they get the charges dropped completely! I don't have to waste time and energy going to court and dealing with all the bureaucracy. Getting tickets is a drag. But whenever I use Attack That Ticket I feel like I'm investing in my peace of mind. For the cost of a dinner my ticket woes are eliminated.

There really are not enough superlatives to use to adequately describe my level of satisfaction with Mr. Palumbo and his team. I was involved in a traffic situation that had me looking at 3 points and heaven knows what else. I contacted Mr. Palumbo not knowing what to expect. I received a response FROM Mr. Palumbo in a matter of hours. He clearly explained to me what I was looking at, and what I needed to do. I followed his instructions to the letter and now am looking at 0 points and a minimal fine. All of this, by the way, with no disruption of my daily routine. My only regret is that I can't give higher than a 5 star rating.

Great lawyers, great results

Michael and his team were the only firm that figured out my case and resolved it. After 15 years of lawyers,tickets,suspensions,arrests and no answers at all. I basically given up on ever having a clean license and record. I paid all the fines to the DMV and courts. Never was able to figure out what was going wrong. Ended up my identity with DMV was either stolen or somehow applied to random people. They would get the tickets and I would get arrested when I was stopped. No lawyer could help me in 15 years.
