I got my very firstspeeding ticket, I had my mind on other things and was in a bit of a rush. It would have been 6 points on my license, so I reached out after reading other reviews. It was definitely worth it, as it was lowered to a parking ticket. Hopefully this will be the only time I have this issue, but definitely going to reach back out if I find myself making this mistake again.

I travel for my work and need to a spotless driving record. So when, I received a 6 Point Speeding Ticket, I had a serious problem. I was very concerned when I got a speeding ticket in the Bronx and learned the traffic court was not like my local municipality (out of state) where you could talk to the prosecutor and perhaps get a plea deal. I was facing 6 points and fines. I entered a not guilty plea and knew I would need to find an attorney. I came to find out that this is his work ethic, he is extremely responsive regardless of what time he receives an email or phone call. I immediately knew my case would be in good hands. He was honest and made no promises, because the court was a difficult one he told me the outcome would obviously be either full points, reduced points or dismissed. But he said he would handle everything and I wouldn't be required to appear. I was therefore ecstatic when I heard from him that my case was dismissed and I received no points. I definitely made the right choice. Your choice of attorney is important - points last years - insurance increases forever. Best money I spent was hiring Palumbo & Associates and I can't tell you enough how highly I recommend that if you are reading this, that you hire them too.

I was issued an 8 point ticket and immediately called Michael. He instructed me to take a defensive driving class and they would handle the rest. I was very nervous as an 8 point ticket would be very expensive, both to the court as well as insurance premiums. Michael's office was able to get it knocked down to parking in front of a fire hydrant, 0 points! I was hopeful that I would get the 8 points reduced maybe to half, but was astounded when I found out it was dropped all the way to 0!
