This is the second time I’ve used Howard Bender’s legal services. Both times the result ended with a positive outcome. As before Howard’s performance was outstanding. From the first consultation I felt a sense of security knowing that, through Howard, a competent and logical legal approach was being applied to my situation. We found Howard on the last day when we needed to file an answer and he did not have a problem with that even in such last minute. It turned out he found the party's lawsuit baseless and convinced them to dismiss without ever going to court.
