I want to start off by saying I almost didn’t hire Randi after I read the review below. I am SO happy I didn’t listen to that review as Randi and get yearn are simply the BEST! Randi far exceeded my expectations as an attorney. She even helped negotiate part of my deal and did a phenomenal job (even though that’s not her job). I was always able to reach her through text or phone directly, she let me ask every single dumb question I had without making me feel stupid, and lastly she’s a shark which you always want in an attorney (a nice shark). I cant say enough good things about Randi and her team! Don’t think twice about hiring them.

I have used Randie on both my sale and purchase. I am blown away with the time and details and effort she and her wonderful staff put in to my transactions. She always took our calls and like many attorneys do not do- provided her cell, worked on my deals at night and even weekends! This is a experienced, buttoned up attorney!!

Deciding on how to choose a lawyer to represent you is such an important decision. There's so many "professionals," to choose from and picking your attorney to help guide you can go either way in my experience. I've been in a position where we've chosen the wrong attorney and been made to feel as though they were much more important than us and that their time was expensive and valuable. Working with Randie and staff was so refreshing. There's such a level of detailed professionalism coupled with an ability to relate to the client on an every day level. Her office was always available, always accessible, always unbelievably prompt while managing to be extremely detailed in protecting our needs from a legal perspective. I would NEVER use another firm and we left the transaction feeling as though we'd added an integral part of our families lives to our forever legal team. I can always count on Randie and staff to answer random questions with zero notice - in this day and age we feel blessed to have been recommended to this firm. We HIGHLY recommend!!!

I hired Randie to advise me and my wife in connection with the sale of our then-current home and purchase of our new home that was, at the time, not completely finished being built. Little did Randie know that it would likely be one of the most challenging real estate deals in the history of the planet, with the sellers of our new home effectively walking off the project immediately after we signed the contract, and with no Certificate of Occupancy in sight. Without blinking an eye, and with grace and brilliance, Randie led us through this extraordinarily challenging situation culminating in the successful sale and purchase of both homes! We are forever indebted to Randie. I unequivocally recommend her for any and all of your real estate legal needs.

It was a bad choice to use Randie. Spoke to her on the phone for the 1st time in 3 1/2 months on the Closing day that the time was delayed. They do not return most calls and answer only some emails. Strictly an e-mail business. They Scheduled 2 closing dates without checking my availability or my Mover's. The Closing date had to be changed. Made one request at the end which was never done and I took care of it after move-in. Randie gave much of my File work to her Associate and the Receptionist. Avoid.

Real Estate deals are never easy, but Randie was with us every step of the way, through all the twists and turns we experienced in the process. As an experienced real estate lawyer, Randie was able to help us navigate every aspect of our deal, identify additional professionals needed to complete our transaction and effortlessly handle anything out of the norm that was thrown at us. This was attributed to her experience, knowledge of the local market and her impeccable “bedside manner”. Highly recommend working with her!!

Randie represented us in buying our new home. She is beyond knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Randie was there for us 24/7 every step of the way. Always available to answer our questions in a timely manor. We HIGHLY recommend using Randie Paterno when purchasing your next home!

There are not enough superlatives to describe Randie Paterno's professionalism, legal knowledge, dedication and commitment to serve and advocate for her clients. Selling your home after 25 years can be a difficult and unnerving experience with unexpected twists and turns. Randie is able to calmly navigate every bump in the road giving you sound advice to make the right decisions. The attorney for our buyers was extremely difficult, unprofessional and at times needlessly rude. Several times his behavior could have destroyed the deal. It was Randie who kept us sane and cool. Every call was answered, every concern addressed. She goes way beyond what other lawyers will do for an extremely reasonable fee that doesn't compensate the full extent of her contributions. She also has a wicked sense of humor to remind all of us that this is a real estate deal, not nuclear war!! We would hire her again and again. She comes with our HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Randie as our attorney. We used Randie not once, not twice, but three times in the last year for a home purchase, sale and another home purchase. Each time Randie was completely accessible and responsive, and eager to provide helpful advice and guidance to make sure our needs were met every step of the way. Randie goes above and beyond for everyone she works with. She is completely committed to being honest, open, and available to her clients. She works tirelessly for her clients' best interests from start to finish! Randie is so incredibly accessible to clients, and will take whatever time is needed to ensure that her clients are wholly comfortable with every step of their transaction. Her dedication to her clients and to her craft is really quite remarkable. She is never too busy to answer a question, attend to a detial... Randie is also warm, genuine, and truly caring in her interactions with clients. She really understands how unnerving the buying/selling process can become and works impossibly hard to have clients feel calm and confident. I will recommend her again and again!

She was referred to me by my realtor--very bad decision. She did not attempt at all to make my contract of sale protect me, rather was in best interest of the seller. I found out later that she and the seller have a business relationship and that my realtor and seller work together. She will not be your advocate, rather works to maintain her business relationships. After all, once you pay her, she has no need for you.

Randie was our attorney for a home purchase, and was incredibly kind, conscientious, thorough, and absolutely expert in managing the process & transaction from offer to contract to closing. She made everything make sense, and provided the best guidance and orientation along the way so that we never felt lost, confused, or frustrated. And she does it all with a smile and good humor & spirit. Calm, steady, and confident - she and Becky are the best people to trust and rely on!
