We paid him $3000. and he never worked on our case. He did not return calls or emails. We contacted Suffolk Bar Association for help and were able to prove our case but he did not show up or respond to them either.

Mr. Horn did not respond to emails or phone calls. He came late to court appearance. Failed to provide timely advice. Displayed poor understanding of the local town code/ordinances. Told us the retainer was refundable, but the engagement letter indicated otherwise. Overall, this person (won't even call him attorney) should be disbarred and I recommend you stay far away.

Hired 11/2013 before my case was over with the TOWN, he wanted the case right away. Said we had to put them on notice of my intent to sue them right away. My case finished a month late, might know I lost judge in the town's pocket. I applied for a appellant stay. Mr. Horn demanded $10,000 for the complete case. 11/2013 to 10/7/2014 and he has done not one thing.. Never even filed the Notice of Claim papers that are a must to us a gov't agency. Refuses to return my money and has done not one thing.. Every email I write he states he will get back to me after reading information... NEVER DOES Is this the type of atty you want.....

let me explain. i find seeing a lawyer as much pleasure as a visit to the dentist.my case goes back over 10 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent and lost and about 8 lawyers,i always knew i was right yet was always being punished by the town that i live in. After a new round of abuse by the town of east hampton i tried to hire yet another lawyer and 3 lawyers refused to represent me.including lawyers that took my money in the past, my case must of been a hot potato.to i hired this guy tom horn. he changed my life. the town was in motion to evict me from my house and set a tax lien on it.mr horn since has changed my life.in September of 2012 the town had to rewrite the town code after the intense work mr horn did in depth to get me justice,he changed the land for me his client.i am just a little guy a high school educated blue collar auto mechanic and cant praise mr horn and his team enough. i went from losing everything in my life to aggressively being defended by this lawyer whom i cant say enough about. feel free to call me and i am willing to tell anyone that will listen how my life has changed by my hero mr horn , i cant wait to sing mr horns praises about the good this man will do for you also
