Was not there

I hired this man over a year ago to help me with the deed for my home. He took all of my things and my information and NEVER DID A THING! He called back one time to say "yes, it will take about 2 weeks because this easy." I called back a few times to check the status and he told me to work with his receptionist whom was handling it for him!? I never got anything done and now I have to find a lawyer over a year later because he has no idea what he is doing! He also did this to another woman I know that warned me about him but I didn't listen... God I wish I would have, because now the deed to my home is not in my name and it has been hell... NEVER AGAIN Rickert, NEVER again!!!
