Ms. Shartrand served as the mediator in my divorce. She delivered professional guidance and direction in an unbiased and compassionate manner, and guided us through a very difficult time. Her knowledge of the process, along with her understanding of potential future issues, helped aid in our decision making. She was very objective throughout the process, and offered many suggestions to help us along the way. Jo Ann has handled two complicated child support cases, modified an order of support, and handled an emancipation case for me. All three ended in complete success, thanks to her. Cases were appealed by my ex-husband, and Jo Ann made sure that we won each time. Also, my ex-husband lied continuously in the courtroom. If not for the evidence she so expertly presented, the judge likely wouldn't have been aware of the truth. One case was seven years ago, and the other two were seven weeks ago.
