For over 10 years, I’ve turned to the Law Offices of Kurt Mausert for legal help and would never go elsewhere. Kurt has been practicing law for several years and knows the law front and back. His adept knowledge of law is matched only by his ethics and moral composure. If you have been treated unfairly, he takes that personally and works hard to set it right. Kurt is sincere and caring, but also knows how to get in the ring and fight for your rights. Kurt’s support staff, Kim, sits in the front of the office and always provides a warm greeting upon entry. Kim is organized! Whenever I’ve needed an update on a case, or have had a question, Kim gets right back to me in record time with an actual answer. She has never responded with ‘let me get back to you.’ Kim is right on top of things. And like Kurt, she puts you at ease with her confidence and compassion. I could keep right on going citing how amazing the Mausert Law Offices have been to my wife and I over the years. They have consistently done right by us, and always take the stress out of high stress situations. We are eternally grateful!

When I first talked with Kimberly Allen, I informed her that I specifically was looking for an attorney that was going to communicate with me. My attorney at the time didn't respond to me at all and things were not going well. She assured me that communication would be great. It was okay for a while but then it started to get sporadic. She wouldn't return phone calls that I left on voice-mail and with her receptionist. The emails got patchy and she started only responding to parts of my emails. She ignored anything that asked for a bill. In over the year since I have retained her, I have not received a single bill to show where any of my money has gone. She asked for more money if we went to trial. We did not go to trial and she insisted that I had in fact spent all of my retainer plus the money my ex was ordered to pay her but I still haven't seen a bill. She told me I would have it by June 30th. It's now mid August. The kicker for me though is that I was divorced for 2 months before I found out. She never sent me my divorce papers and when I asked her she said that they were "too important to email" so she had sent them in the mail. Except informed delivery through the usps shows that no mail was ever sent from Kimberly Allen to the home I was residing in at the time. She lied to my face about having sent the papers out. I still have not received my divorce papers or a bill. It'd be nice to get a call back.

Kim was a very good attorney. She explained everything to me every step of the way. Kim always returned my calls, answered my emails and texts and made herself available for questions. The law and reasonable exceptions were know to me every step of the way. When we went to court Kim was always prepared, professional, and fought for my interests. I would highly recommend !

best female lawyer a woman will ever have, I always admire strong women. kimberly supported my family in the best way and found the best option for us. Being a family lawyer is hard, I think she does this job great. Thank you Kimberly, for your support and protecting my family.

Kimberly does not follow up on emails. She does not respond to phone calls. She is absolutely hopeless in front of the judge, but worst of all, she failed to forward demands and motions filled by the opposing attorney. Her failure has cost me over $20,000 in child support and I'm still learning of things that weren't responded to and are now being used against me. If you want to hear how wonderful you are and how much she likes you, Kimberly is the one you want. If you're like your case to proceed with honesty and integrity, hire anyone else.

Kurt took care of my speeding ticket, one that I seriously doubted anyone could get reduced. It was bad. He got me down to zero points. Also a great price. Cant thank him enough!

If you want a lawyer that’s really going to listen and work hard ,this is the lawyer. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate in what she does. The odds were stacked against me going into my case but she fought tooth’s and nail for me. I haven’t heard my results of my case yet. But I will be please knowing I had Ms Allen working my case. She really works hard on every single case so no matter my results I’m sure I will be happy with them . Thank you so much for all your help. I started with just a lawyer but ended up with a great friend as well.
