Kimberly provided compassionate representation, excellent advice and was a constant advocate for me. I always felt that Kimberly understood where I was coming from and always had my best interests at heart. She was able to take an unfortunate end to 29 years of marriage and make it bearable.

Our son needed help with a speeding ticket. I called two places. One was had an answering machine and they immediately lost my business. I phoned Kurt’s office and his receptionist immediately answered. She was easy to speak to and understood everything I told her. She explained what would happen next and what we needed to do. Everything took place as expected and we would absolutely use Kurt Mausert again. Let’s just hope we don’t have to.

Kurt is AMAZING!! So helpful and very knowledgeable. He has helped me and my family a lot and with one of the biggest and hardest events in my daughters life when she was bit by a dog in the face. If you are looking for the nastiest crook in town to represent you, find someone else. Kurt represents your interests with vigor and competence- and always with professionalism and integrity. When you need to see an attorney, usually something bad has happened, or is about to happen, in your life. Kurt and his staff are also genuinely compassionate; that's a nice plus when you are going through hell. Oh, and his success rate is pretty good, too.
