I’m was very stressed out when I got this ticket.But when Mr.Amedio took my case it was literally a weight off my shoulder.Angela helped me through every step of the process and I am very grateful towards them.

Response: It is unfortunate that you would lie. You are proving my point by confusing me with some other client. You have never text, spoke twice on phone (including consultation), and I have proof in emails of lack of response or legal advice. I did dispute fee with you directly. If I thought arbitration was worth the effort, I would have pursued. I am not going to let you try to discredit me because you did not like being called out for lack of effort and took more money than reasonable because you could. Original: It was not a good experience! I had to repeat my needs when things were not addressed. I spent several hours writing up incidents, history and concerns that were not addressed. There were several emails that were not responded to and were charged for. Safety concerns and immediate needs were not handled. Over a three months period and $2800 later, he produced one response and talked to me twice. Ultimately, I wrote the content of the response and I'm not in a better place. It has only got worse. It was not worth paying for.

It was a pleasure working with you. You were efficient, resourceful and successful in resolving our issue; a speeding ticket on our way to our grandson's graduation. If we had to return 8 hours to NY to appear in court, it would have literally been hazardous to our health. We are very grateful!
