If you're looking for a real estate attorney, I highly recommend Theresa Capozzola! She and her team are very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable! I sold my home for sale by owner and just recently bought a new home. With their help, I was able to save quite a bit of money without using a realtor to sell my home. I highly recommend... It was such a pleasure to work with them!

I gave this firm 5 stars because that was the highest option available, they deserve 10. Theresa and Karen are truly wonderful and go above and beyond for their clients. My family has had multiple stellar experiences with these ladies which is why I chose to deal with them, my personal experiences with them is more than I could have hoped for. While handling the estate of my dad after his unexpected passing, there was so much to do and I had no idea where to start. I wasn't even sure how to become the legal executor to begin handling his affairs, never mind dealing with his portion of my deceased grandmothers estate or his home, vehicles, debts, insurance ect. These incredible ladies took my over whelming feelings of uncertainty and fear and gave me confidence and peace knowing everything was being taken care of. I've called and emailed more times than I can count inquiring about anything and everything and the response is always quick, clear and delivered with a happiness to help. I can't say enough how amazing this firm is to deal with. They don't treat you like you're just another job, they truly care about their clients and that's something that is rare and priceless.

She called me back the same evening and provided me with peace of mind and assurance that she could handle the closing of my rental property from across the country. Theresa outlined the process clearly and spelled out the fee, which was a flat rate. The document preparation was done via email, phone calls, and overnight Fed Ex deliveries. Her law office stayed in contact with me throughout the long, two month process. Theresa also personally kept the lines of communication open to questions or concerns which was greatly appreciated. I felt like Theresa Capozzola had my best interest in mind at all times. Theresa’s work is professional, thorough, and efficient. But most importantly Theresa is an attorney you can trust.
