I can’t quite put into words what Jess McLaughlin-McNatt has done for me during my divorce, but I’ll try. I have had other paralegals, but none compared to Jess. She puts her heart and soul into her work. She is firm, but fair. She held me accountable. There were times my emotions got the best of me and she got me back on track.
