Very bad experience, was assigned a lawyer, Amanda Connors. She was not based in Saratoga Springs and I was asked several times to drive toward Albany to meet. She wanted to get the case closed as quickly as possible (I did too) but with no regard for how it affected the rest of my life with my daughter. My new lawyer tells me I am now going to spend years fighting to recoup what I should have originally gotten. I have everything 50/50 and still pay full support. I could have done better by representing myself, she didn’t pursue any relevant topics during the hearing and refused to give me a recommendation when I was asked a question by the judge. This was a tremendous waste of money but more importantly my relationship with my daughter is still threatened. Luckily my new lawyer is working to undo some of the damage, and I am seeing real progress now. This is far more time and money now because of my experience with the Cordell & Cordell in Saratoga county
