Erin did a fabulous job of helping secure our purchase of our new home after the seller wanted to back out just before our closing date. She took steps necessary to get us back on the closing track, and saw us through until keys were in our hands. We were, and are still very grateful for her work and effort in our difficult closing situation.

She analyzed and took time to research all the history in my case. She advised on a plan and was very informative on next steps. She was also upfront with costs.
