In November 2020, I reached out to Mr. Garofalo with two tickets I received in Saratoga County & Kinderhook County in the same week! Not knowing what to expect, he helped me better understand the entire process and displayed much flexibility. In April 2021, he kindly assisted with another ticket I, unfortunately, received in Wilton County. After a year of rescheduling, working, and waiting, he solved all three tickets (0 points)! In retrospect, my license would be suspended in NY if it wasn't for Mr. Garofalo. Instead, I'm paying fines. He's a hard worker, a great communicator, and an insightful professional.
