I have known Joseph Villanueva for several years. He is an excellent and knowledgeable criminal defense lawyer who is dedicated to obtaining the best results for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone who has been charged with a crime or traffic infraction.

My experience with Mr. Joseph Villanueva, was wonderful. My son had a speeding ticket, could have faced 6 pts, and a moving violation, Mr, Villanueva was able to resolve both cases quickly and painlessly, with a small fine, points reduced down to 2 from 8 altogether, and having to complete a defensive driving course onluine. Our son never had to appear in court, we just filled out the necessary paperwork, did was what advised. The results were excellent. I would definately recommend. Villaneuva & Sanchala to anyone that is given a traffic ticket in Yonkers.or Westchester County.

Couldn't be happier with the results! I had two moving violations and could have gotten 6 points. They got me a $250.00 fine and 0 points. I could not have asked for better results and am so happy I decided have a Lawyer represent me. Danbury Hyundai is horrible!!

Moving violation tickets - Fine reduced but most of all no points! The attorney will take care of everything, correspondence, phone calls, file a plea and representation in court if need be. Continually advised you, before, during and all the way to resolving the case.

After receiving a speeding ticket in Harrison, I contacted a few law firms. I decided on Villanueva & Sanchala because Joseph was down to earth and did not give me a sales pitch like the other firms. He walked me through the process, scheduling and went to court on my behalf. My case was not the easiest - 30 over the speed limit. Joseph reduced the charge without points, I hear this is unprecedented in Harrison. It goes without saying that I am very pleased with Villanueva & Sanchala and would recommend them to others who have received speeding tickets in Westchester.

I got tagged with a speeding ticket on I-684, fairly high speed. The local jurisdiction is apparently pretty severe. I retained Joe to see what he could do. He was direct and upfront about the difficulty of getting reduced judgement, which was very fair. It also showed real experience and consideration of the situation. When the case finally came up (more than a year later!) Joe was in fact able to get a reduced judgement, which was very helpful. For the value of the service, the upfront honesty, and the effectiveness of the result, the retainer fee was well worth it. I would highly recommend this lawyer for traffic cases. John
