Mr. Villanueva and his team are just the best. We were informed on the process from beginning to end. He was very honest, given us the best case and worst case scenarios. There were no guarantees. If I find myself in need of a lawyer again, I won't hesitate to call on him.

I'm very glad I hired Mr. Villanueva and his team. I received a speeding ticket that could have cost me 6 points. This was my first time getting a ticket so he explained the process to me and said I would not have to appear in court since his team would handle everything. His team would try to push for 0 points but it was not very likely to happen, so he cautioned me to expect it to go down to 1 - 2 points. I liked Mr. Villanueva's honesty and helpfulness so I decided to hire his firm. I was told the case will probably take about 3 months to resolve. 2.5 months in, the case is resolved and Mr. Villanueva and his team was able to reduce it to 0 points! To say I was shocked was an understatement. I truly appreciate him and his teams work and highly recommend Mr. Villanueva firm to others.

Great experience overall. Joseph and his office were upfront about the services they could provide, and they ended up coming away with the best possible outcome for me. I hope I do not need his services again, but if I do, I'll be sure to reach out to him!

I contacted Joseph’s office when I received a speeding ticket while driving through Bedford. He responded promptly. Because of the complicated rules of this jurisdiction, I decided I needed to hire an attorney to handle this. The Villanueva firm was a lucky, perfect and affordable choice. (I work for law firm, but this is not the type of case they handle.) I was sent paperwork and an explanation of the process to review. I also spoke with Joseph who explained the entire process. Joseph was very thorough, knowledgeable, organized and was able to resolve the issue for the best possible outcome. Whenever I emailed, I received a response in less than 24 hours and I was kept apprised of the status of my case. Highly recommend!!
