I received a ticket in Olean, NY and called Joseph's office based off of these very reviews. Olean's court took forever (about a year and a half), but Joseph and Barbara stuck with it! They sent periodic updates, and finally got word that the speeding ticket had been negotiated down to a zero point parking violation. Time and money well spent!!
