I highly recommend this law firm of Joseph Villanueva. He did a phenomenal job at disputing my speeding ticket that was at 88 miles an hour. I didn’t know what to do, I asked for recommendations, but I didn’t find anyone good enough. So I searched until I found his law firm, I saw good reviews, and so I decided to call him. He was very professional and explained everything well. He told me that from the 8 point deduction that my license was facing he can lower it to 3, but in the end he did a way better job, he lowered it to only 2 points. For the job he did it was at a very reasonable price. Don’t doubt to call him if you are in a similar situation. Thank you.

very nice and professional service. got a speeding ticket. Hired joseph to assist me in pleading not guilty with a speeding ticket 79/55. Joseph saved me from receiving points on my license and i ended up having to pay a fine with no points. I originally contact Josephs' Office on July 20th and by 08/31 I received a letter of dismissal by the prosecutor. My situation was rather unique in nature given the fact that I'm an out of state resident, unbeknownst to me- my license was suspended and I was doing 82 in a 55. Needless to say, dismissal wasn't even a thought that crossed my mind given the severity of the situation. Not only did his firm get to the bottom of my license suspension AND reversed, but all charges were dropped!!! All I had to do was take a defensive drivers course. The timing alone was unbelievable! I finished the course on 08/30, emailed the certificate to Joseph. He indicated he was able to forward it to the prosecutor same day. and it may take up to 4-6 wks to get a response. My jaw hit the ground when I opened the email on 08/31 containing the document from the prosecutor indicating dismissal of charges!!!! Above all else, I appreciated the open line of communication. I was never left hanging or wondering what was going on. The response time was swift and efficient, which is most important.

He helped me in my tickets, I had to provide all the info to him.
