I hired Joseph P. Villanueva to represent me in a speeding violation. I was cited with 1 ticket and would have had a minimum of 6 points added to my records as well fines & of course an increase to my insurance rates. I was very nervous. I called him he said not to nervous and told me what steps to take, that looked NO POINTS and fines only. Also, I did not have to go the court room or talk to the officer or judge, Joseph took care of everything. Joseph is friendly and pleasant to work with. The experience with Joseph P. Villanueva was great. He is very honest and straight forward person. He told me what he will do and he did execute. He is a super lawyer. He is an asset for New York state. I highly recommend him. .

I received a speeding ticket in upstate NY for something that it could of have been a warning since I have a clean driving record. However, the police officer gave me the highest violation and I was facing up to 8 points in my driving record.
