I'm not from NY and got a ticket from NY police while travelling on interstate. I was worried on how to deal with the ticket. This firm is amazing from the atty to the person answering the phones. I had 2 tickets - one for a seatbelt charge for a minor (we just got back in car from restroom and he forgot to put belt back on) and the other was a covered/dirty plate. The covered plate he got dismissed and the seatbelt charge was dropped down to a parking violation. I escaped multiple points because of the Villaueva law firm. Thank you!! The Villanueva Law Firm did such a good job with my speeding ticket in Yonkers. I drive over 130,000 miles per year for work as a specialized medicine courier and live 150 miles north of Yonkers. I was facing approximately 4 points and a huge fine for speeding going over 20mph. They were able to reduce it to 0 points and significantly reduce the fine. Not only that, but I didn’t had to worry about appearing in court and all those things. Very nice service. If I ever get another ticket, which I hope I don’t, I already know who to call.

They respond fast and always keep you up to date I was about to get 7 points on my license and they brought it down to 0. So if you looking for a lawyer go to them.
