Got stopped by a trooper in Armonk looking to fill his quota. Didn't want to deal with this myself, reached out to Villanueva, left a message at 7pm. Joe texted me back within minutes - a straight shooter and honest lawyer, no BS, no false promises.
They fought on my behalf to get the points cut in half and fines reduced. My other ticket was dismissed.

I absolutely recommend Joe's office. They were able to reduce my 8 point speeding ticket to a jaywalking ticket. I am a good driver and this ticket was just absurd, but Joe's office brought me justice and resolved it above and beyond my expectations. This was even resolved 10 days before the summons date, which was just 2 weeks since I contacted Joe. Amazing! Just fantastic. Very happy and I would definitely recommend.

got a speeding ticket pre-covid. Mr. Villanueva was very responsive and explained the process thoroughly. He kept up on the matter while the courts were closed and resolved the issue with a quick update when the courts reopened...reducing to a parking violation.
