I would leave 10 stars for Margo Sterling if google would let me! Margo assisted me on the purchase of my first co op, she is knowledgeable,thorough, persistent, and always available when I needed to speak with her. She made sure I was never left in the dark, and always followed up with all parties involved on my behalf. Margo was recommended to me by a colleague, and for good reason! So glad that I had the pleasure to work with her.

I highly recommend Joe Villanueva for your legal needs. Joe and his staff handled my case with utmost professionalism and care. He was extremely responsive, particularly when I had questions about my options before even retaining his services. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and concisely helped me understand the answers to my questions. While waiting for word about my case, the small courthouse that was handling it incorrectly sent me a "Failure to Appear in Court" letter. Within hours, Joe corrected the error with the courthouse, and handled his distressed (and at the time, difficult) client with class. Aside from providing a top-notch, hands-off experience for me, Joe and his team negotiated the most favorable outcome of my case. I could not recommend his services more highly!

They were phenomenal, I had a speeding ticket that was 4points, the results from my case turned to be a plea deal,& 0 points violation! Super happy with there work! Thank you guys again!

I got a speeding ticket which is 86/65 MPH with 6 points. When calling Joseph he promised to reduce my points from a 6 to 3. He was able to get it down to 3 points and a minimal fine. I'm a college student in Virginia, and I knew that I wouldn't be able to handle this on my own. I was beyond happy with the results that Joseph was able to get for me. They were great with communication via email and phone while this was in progress! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the future!

Joseph Villanueva law firm is excellent in their work, always keep you updated about the case status and work hard to give desired results for the client. they helped me not only reduce fine but got rid of 3 points penalty i was about get on my insurance. They are professional with motivated and helpful lawyers i would defiantly recommend them.

Margo Sterling prepared our wills and was extremely helpful and great to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge and couldn't have made the process any easier! Definitely recommend.

These guys are pretty good. I was wrongfully accused of speeding and they worked with the prosecutor to negotiate it down to a parking ticket, saving me money in fines and insurance as well as keeping points of my record. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing help to work with New York.

My family and I have on multiple occasions used Bertine Hufnagel for various legal needs, including Will draftings and, most recently, a real estate transaction. The experiences have all gone smoothly, with attentive and component attorneys. The attorney handling my real estate transaction kept me apprised of all important dates, explained the contract provisions to me carefully, and was very thorough at the closing. I would highly recommend using this firm for wills, trusts and estate planning, as well as for any real estate transactions.

I highly recommend the Bertine Hufnagel and Headley firm. I have had them represent me twice over the years and their organization, professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness and general friendliness made the experiences much easier. Real estate purchases, sales and closings can stressful, but when you have a great lawyer to support you, it really makes the process less difficult. I am very lucky to have found this firm; they were much more responsive, understanding, and expedient than the previous lawyer I worked with. Excellent, efficient, responsive and effective firm. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to resolve my very complicated issue. They literally saved me $64K with very little stress or annoyance on my part.
