I am a virginia resident and was driving through NY on my way to Canada and was pulled over for a speeding violation. This was my first ever ticket and i was both shocked and at a loss as I was not a local NYC resident. I did some research on the available legal firms and based on very positive reviews chose the firm of Joe Villanueva. This was a long weekend and i sent off an email seeking information on the general mail address of the firm and was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Joe himself who patiently answered all my questions. Needless to say it was a very positive experience as Joe and his colleague ( Barbara) kept me updated on the progress on my case and today I was informed that they have successfully and satisfactorily managed to resolve my issue. These guys was way beyond helpful. If i forgot a date and it was cumming close they always notified me. They stayed my toes to make sure i did what i had to do. They do what they say and say what they mean. I would recommend them to everybody. I was facing points and a big fine being that im a cdl driver. They got my ticket dismissed. These guys are good and kept there word.

Joe and his office helped me get my ticket dismissed. They took care of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. The only thing I had to do myself was to call their office and do the defensive driving course as they suggested. I’d highly recommend these guys for anyone who has traffic violations.
