Joe and his team are incredibly professional and reliable. I have had needed Joe for two separate incidents. Working full time ++ and having a household to manage doesn't allow for the time or stress over tickets and taking time for court. The first time I spoke to Joe I was nervous about my ticket, calling him from work and didn't have a lot of time to talk on the phone. He understood and I was able to get him everything he needed about my ticket via email. The whole process was seamless, he did what he said he would, and I was able to put this in the hands of someone I now absolutely trust. In one of the instances, I was facing a considerable amount of points, I explained to Joe exactly what happened, and my final outcome was zero points! I have learned through the years that trying to handles these incidents on my own are stressful, time consuming, costly, and never end the way I had hoped. Excellent service! Highly recommended! Joe and his team were always reachable on phone / email for all my questions on my traffic ticket. They have been straight forward and never made any false promises just to acquire business. My case was such that i would acquire a minimum of 4 points along with huge fines imposed and increase in my insurance premium. I was informed well in advance (even before i confirmed to appoint Joe to represent my case) that there are less chances in my case to get a zero point violation but, they would try their best to get zero points and minimum fine. As expected, Joe and his team did an excellent job and the outcome was my case was closed successfully with Zero points with minimum amount of fine. Joe Villanueva and his law firm were very professional and resourceful in helping me to resolve my traffic ticket case. I was very happy with the results and services. I was driving to New York state to visit an associate. Upon exiting the Garden State Parkway to the off ramp, with green traffic light, I followed the car in front of me to turn left onto the cross street. The line of cars were moving slowly. While moving through the intersection, the traffic light turned yellow, then red. When I finished turning into the cross street, a police car came up from behind and directed me to pull over. Being out of state and unfamiliar with NYS traffic laws, I contacted Villanueva Sanchalla law firm based on online searches and reviews. Joe Villanueva was very quick to respond.
