I recently engaged the firm to assist with an upstate NY ticket. Very please with the outcome. Having little to no stress or hassle, and not having to take a day off to travel to get it sorted out was well worth the fees.

Total Satisfaction- I received a 6 points speeding violation ticket on I84E. I already had 5 points in my NYS DMV record for another violation within last 18 months, in total which was putting me to the risk of license suspension in NYS. Post many internet research to find a best lawyer who could represent and fight my case, i hired Mr. Joseph Villlanueva. Joseph is an awesome person to work with, extremely professional, courteous and prompt in response to my questions. He provided me the best advise and also resolved this case to a Zero (0) point ticket, with minimal penalty. This firm should be investigated, the senior partners disbarred and if convicted, given the maximum sentence. My parents were for many years clients of the former senior partner until he retired and moved to Maine. That is when the nightmares started for my mother. After dad died, the lawyer who took over at this firm was able to change mom's Will with a paragraph she was not aware of. Although my brother and I were equal beneficiaries with the original Will, the attorney managed to squeeze me out as it was apparent he only wanted one person to deal with. The M/O of the attorney was to prey on a dysfunctional family and to make the weaker link feel empowered as long he can control them. My father would never have signed off allowing this nor would he have approved of placing his real estate investments into a "Life Estate". All of this resulted in my brother as sole Executor exercising his new authority to have mom placed in assisted living and for she and I to be locked out of the house my parents called home for half a century. When my son had a life-threatening accident, neither my mother nor I were able to sell any of the real estate to help pay for hospital bills and post-surgical care due to the restrictions in the new Will initiated by the attorney. The entire nightmare caused much stress for my mother and resulted with a wedge being driven between two siblings who at one time were best friends. Our family has been broken no thanks because of what my mother determined was the actions of a selfish lawyer trying to increase his billings. I also went to the local District Attorneys Office and they were of no help. It seems these lawyers have their connections. In my experiences of dealing with different law firms, I have found most to be truthful and sensitive to the needs of their clients. I recall no one from this firm bothering to attend my father's funeral. And when my mother recently died, not even a note of condolence. I strongly believe what goes around comes around and each day I look forward to having justice served. That may be sooner than I expected. I recently read the obituary for that lawyer who caused my family so many problems. Good riddance

I recently hired Mr. Villlanueva on a disobeying a traffic device case. Mr. Villanueva represented me as I pleaded not guilty. I was unable to make the court date since I have been extremely busy with the rigorous curriculum of doctorate school. Mr. Villanueva was extremely professional, warm, and provided constant updates whenever I asked for more information. As I had some issues in the past, I took care some research and talked to a number of law firms to work with us on a speeding case. While cost was an important factor and Joseph’s cost is very reasonable , the determining consideration that went behind my decision was that Joseph took the time himself to explain the situation in detail , what my options were and provide the right guidance. On doing so, he also asked questions that no one else did. I felt my choice was validated post selection as Joseph and his team were very efficient in the way they managed the entire process through closure. While my hope is I won’t need a lawyer going forward, if I do, I would not hesitate to work with Joseph and his team again.
