Our family was also the recipient of malicious intent when financial documents pertaining to a deceased loved one were found in curbside trash. We traced it to a lawyer who resides at the location and who also works at this firm. We made several attempts to speak with this lawyer who never took or returned our calls. Any comment by their spokesperson offering to reach out is at best disingenuous. We look forward to providing a victim impact statement.

He finally decided to work with villanueva & sanchala attorneys He thought that this office seemed to be very good because of reviews so he called to the office few times to find out all details of the process. The lady on the phone was very rude and strictly told him to provide credit card information before they start doing something. He asked if can get the email confirmation letter to sign and read thier policy first then pay. She stated. “You know what, We will not be be taking your case. Find someone else. Goodbye! “ in a aggressive and nasty tone. I consider this behavior unprofessional and for a law office.
