They were great, saved me a 4 hour drive from NYC. And got my 4 point speeding ticket down to a $190 fine. Which is perfectly fine for me. And I was definitely not “not guilty”.
They explained everything from the beginning, set realistic expectations for the possible results and They kept me informed about everything.
at the end they provided me with detailed instructions on all the ways to pay my reduced fine. Thank you again!!!!

Joe was able to get my 5 (yes five) ticket fiasco down to 1 fine and 1 parking ticket with 2 points down from 9.
The fee isn’t too bad and is well worth avoiding a wasted day at court.

Villanueva and Sanchala were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end with a very good outcome. Without their assistance my daughter would have accrued points on her license . My daughter was able to pay a fine without the points. The law firm handle all remotely for us because we are not from the area.

Joseph Villanueva and his law firm did an excellent job representing me at traffic court. I chose his firm because any moving violation would affect my job. The process was painless and simple for him to represent me and in the end the case was dismissed. All in all I would choose him again if I ever receive another ticket.

Excellent service. Once I decided to go with Villanueva & Sanchala Attorneys at Law everything was taken off my hands. I didn't even remember my court date until they emailed back to me that the ticket was argued and decreased to more than what they had mentioned on our initial call. Definitely recommend them to all.

Excellent lawyers. Joseph Villanueva conducted himself in a very professional and succinct manner. Got my potential 78mph in a 55mph ticket (6+ points) down to a 0 points violation with a fine.
Joseph is very realistic in not offering any guarantees which is a sign of a good lawyer in my opinion. He used the example of a doctor would never offer a guarantee, just likelihoods based on real world experience.
I would definitely recommend Joseph's firm for your NY related traffic violations that would need a lawyer.
