Simple and easy when handling speeding tickets. They actually go to court for you. So they take over everything from day #1 including mailing your non-guilty response. Worth the cost when some of the smaller upstate New York courts take months to resolve a case. Talked to them at the beginning and three months later it was solved.

I am very satisfied with the services provided by the Villanueva & Sanchala Attorneys. Joe did a great job on my case, he removed my four points and I only paid a small fine, on a speeding ticket that I got. He always kept me up to date with my case. I definitely would recommend them.

Great service and was very quick to reply. I got a speeding ticket while coming back to Canada, and Jospeh and the team did a great job reducing a major ticket that would have cost me 6 pointto to a minor 0 point infraction. Being a Canadian and paying American dollars was a bit steep but I was really happy with the results.

I cannot praise Joe and his team enough!!! I was facing a 4 point conviction for speeding at 42 mph in a 25 mile zone in Eastchester. The first time Joe went to court for me, the judge and prosecutor offered me a reduction to 2 points but Joe felt he could do better so he adjourned the case and went back a second time. This time he got me off the points with a defensive driving course which I had to complete before a certain court date. It could have been finalized then but I messed up and didn't get the Certificate from the defensive driving course in time for the court date. So he appeared in court on my behalf and got the case moved. This time he had my certificate in hand and on the fourth court visit, my case was closed with zero points and a small fine - the best possible outcome! The great thing about Joe's firm is that they tell you on day 1 exactly how much they will charge you - you pay it and you're done. No hidden or extra charges. In my case, I caused Joe extra work and time because I didn't do what was required of me re: the defensive driving course (note: if this happens to you, don't leave it until the last minute as even the on-line courses take a few days to send you the Certificate of Completion). I offered to pay Joe extra but he refused to take it telling me that they always stick by their agreed fee. In my dealings with him and his office, they were always very professional and responsive. You may not be as lucky as I was as there are no guarantees in court but I can tell you that you will be in the best hands with Joe, who will do his absolute best for you! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need arises and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends.
