Very helpful in resolving my case of a speeding ticket on New York State 27. Was able to reduce ticket to parking violation. Good communication regarding the case. Well worth the effort because it saved me 4 demerits on the driver;s license. Will avoid driving on the same road because of the hills and police speed traps. Will use again in future if needed, but hopeful soon. Thanks again.

Was facing a 6 point violation in the taconic in dutchess county, got tagged at 77mph in a 55 and hired this firm. They brought the charge down to a parking ticket (0 points) and I didn’t even appear to court! I wasn’t expecting anywhere near this result. Well worth hiring. I got another ticket January 2020 for accidentally running a stop sign and they handled everything for me. Thanks to the team at Villanueva Law they are the real deal!

I tried contacting them for a simple question about the services they provide for small businesses. Sent an email via their contact us page that says someone will be in touch within an hour... still waiting... they never emailed or called. I then tried calling the office where the person that answered wasn't sure, put me on hold for a while, came back and said she'd take my number and have someone call me back.... <crickets> Unfortunately we'll be going with another firm. They don't have time for "the little people"

Joseph was a true professional. We got a speeding ticket on our way to Naigra falls trying to take over a wobbly truck, we needed someone to represent us since we were also out of state. After talking to several firms we got in touch with the Joseph's firm, he was honest and set the right expectations, the cost of his service was reasonable. He and his associates were great at communicated and updated us regularly. After a few weeks the ticket was reduced to parking ticket! :). Highly recommended for any traffic ticket nuisance.
