I wish there is an option to give more than just five stars to Mr Joseph and his staff for their awesome service..Joe is the best traffic attorney you can ever find and I’m saying this after my experience with this great law firm, not to forget Barbara the office manager, she’s so nice and professional, she kept me updated with every single detail since day one until my case was resolved and she didn’t stop there she kept in touch with the court and the DMV to fix a minor issue regarding to the points the court reported to the DMV..I was facing 8 points violation, hefty fine and insurance increase but Mr Joseph was able bring it down to 4 points, I was happy with that but then he surprised me because he kept going back and forth with the court and with his magic he was able to slash it down to 2 points and a minor traffic ticket and fine..I can’t thank him enough for the excellent work but I know for sure that I would recommend him to everyone I know who needs a fantastic traffic attorney. He deserved every single penny and I don’t even for a sec choosing this law firm..If you need a traffic attorney just give them a call and I guarantee you that you will be in good hands.

The guys at this firm did a great job, they handled my 4 tickets ,3 got dismissed and the one I was concerned about ,driving w/o insurance got it to a violation ticket which I had to pay only 150$ fine fee with no points or showing on my driving record, 2 thumbs up..

I was recommended to this firm by a friend and I am so happy she did! I had a speeding ticket that I got from Memorial day weekend from a tiny town near Oneonta, NY and when I submitted my plea, it was never received by the court and then next thing I know I have a notice from DMV that my license is about to be suspended. That same day I received the suspension notice, I called the firm and they handled everything for a reasonable price. I never had to follow up for anything and I was very pleased with the outcome! Very professional and efficient staff!
