Joe is simply one of the best traffic attorneys you can find in New York state and elsewhere. Joe delivers on his promises and gets you the reprieve on your, otherwise, hefty fines, even converting them to parking tickets (without points on your record). Cannot be any happier than that!

Joseph is a wonderful guy and is very methodical. He will analyze your case personally and will let you know most probable outcome without false promise. Later, he delivers on his promise. I used Villanueva & Sanchala for a traffic violation from the Town of Woodbury and their results greatly exceeded my expectations. I previously attempted a Pre-Trial conference on my own to get my violation reduced and wasn't pleased with the result. My Trial was cancelled, and I was given another Pre-Trial conference and the Villanueva team did significantly better than me. If you are out of state and are on the fence about hiring counsel I recommend you let the Villanueva team handle your case. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend.

Joe is a fantastic lawyer and here is why: He will go through your case himself (no paralegal or whatever); always reply your questions in time; he is very knowledgeable and experienced and be able to provide ideas to help you to win your case; I got a ticket for 80+/55mph and he'd be able to reduce to 0 point and small amount of fine - very impressive.
