I received a speeding ticket in Chenango County, New York and called three different law offices I found online in regards to getting this ticket dismissed. I was looking to have this ticket reduced as much as possible, but when I spoke to Barbara at Villanueva & Sanchala, she informed me their office could get my ticket completely dismissed. I hired Mr. Villanueva, and he promptly enrolled me in the required program, gave me all the information I needed to complete what was necessary on my end, and got my ticket dismissed. Mr. Villanueva's office was affordable in comparison to the other offices I called, always very prompt in responding to me either by phone or email, and made this process as seamless as I could hope it to be. I had a class DJ license and I got a speeding ticket at a very high speed. I thought I was going to lose my license but we ended up with only two points and a fine of $170. Without Joseph I would have lost my license. It’s safe to say he saved me from a whole lot more trouble.

I was in NY visiting family over thanksgiving. I got a speeding ticket for 80 in a 65. I’m in NC. Apparently in NC you can lose your license for going 15+ MPH over the speed limit. I was referred to Mr. Villanueva from a friend. He took care of everything, I didn’t even have to send in the ticket. Sometime passed and than I receive an email from him stating the ticket had been reduced to a $150 fine. Anytime I contacted Mr. V via email he got right back to me, sometimes almost instantly. I would reccomend this firm 100%. I hope to never get a speeding ticket again but if I do I’ll be calling Mr. Villanueva.
