Alvin is always there when you need him, morning noon and night, even before the advent of cell phones. He's an experienced developer's lawyers as well as an expert on the financing side. They don't make many Alvin Sarters anymore. Too bad he stopped practicing law and wenty over to the business side. His colleagues miss him terribly.

Sarter is an aggressive adversary for his client but knows what's fair and what's not--as my lawyer for many years he has been my go-to person on all business matters, not only in his specialty of real estate law. Since he went to the business side several years ago to pursue new challenges, I miss him terribly.
