I am incredibly grateful for Joseph's assistance throughout the entire process. Very responsive, always returning my calls and emails promptly. Got a speeding tkt on the Taconic. Joe and Barbara took my case to appeal the violation and came back with 0 pts and a small fine. Better than I expected. Good communication and updates.
