I recently traveled to Canada and when I returned I was caught speeding on I87. I was facing a 4 point offense 5 hours from home. Joseph Villanueva was able to represent me in court so that I did not have to travel. Not only did he represent me but he was able to negotiate a plea that resulted in a penalty with no points. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I strongly recommend him and his firm to handle your legal matters.

My son was issued three moving violations (at one time) while he was home during his college vacation. He pled not guilty to all the tickets, but after my son's first hearing, we discovered that those tickets totaled 15 pts., suspension of his license and fines. I'm from Maryland. I was taking my daughter to Syracuse University for a visit. I got a speeding ticket almost immediately as I crossed the border from PA to NY. I was going 23 miles an hour over the speed limit. It would have been 5 points, a huge fine, and increased insurance premiums. I needed professional help. We can’t say enough good things about Joe and the office of Villanueva & Sanchala. My husband received a letter of suspension from the DMV on September 7. Without his license he would surely lose his job since he works 50 miles from where we live. We found Villanueva & Sanchala through a quick Google search and contacted Joe on September 9th. He didn’t charge us anything to review the case (another lawyer we had been in contact with wanted money up front before he would even review the case).
