Joseph Villanueva and his team were a pleasure to deal with in every way. I got a speeding ticket in a rental car. I don’t currently own a car, so I don’t have to worry about insurance premiums going up as a result of getting the ticket. I was going to pay the fine and deal with the points on my license but decided it couldn’t hurt to at least call the Villanueva firm for a free consultation. I’m glad I did. The outcome of my case was even better than I had hoped, which saved me from future trouble and additional insurance expense- because I am planning to purchase a car in the next year or so. In the end, it actually cost less to hire the Villanueva firm than I would have paid in county and NY State fines had I simply paid the ticket- AND I don’t have to deal with points on my license. Call them- you will be glad you did.

I got a speeding ticket on NY Rte 17. Since I live on Long Island it was going to be impractical for me to go to court up near Roscoe NY but I also didn't want the points on my license. I was searching online and happened to come across Joseph Villanueva's website. I sent an email and got an immediate response. I must say I was embarrassed and felt like an idiot but when I got on the phone Joseph put me at ease immediately. He was professional and reassuring. I was looking at 6 points and hundreds of $. He told me what would likely happen and what he could do for me. I just heard back from Joseph. My fine was a few hundred $ (less that the fine might have been) but 0 points, yes, zero points. He got the case pled down to parking by a fire hydrant. We all know that there are no fire hydrants in the middle of route 17 in NY and I wasn't parked going 76 mph. I'm enjoying the humor of the situation. If you're driving on rte 17 please use your cruise control and keep your speed at a reasonable rate. If you can't do that and you feel the need for speed then you may get caught. If that happens, call Joseph.

Mr. Villanueva is insightful and caring. He helped resolve my traffic violation case quickly, in a town near NYC, to an excellent outcome.
