I was in a rush back then when I was looking to hire any traffic attorney. I usually prefer clear communication, and fast response. Joseph and his team are exactly what I was looking for: quick, responsive, professional and helpful. He represent for me in court since I could not make it to a 5 hours away court. He explained the process very well, and what the expectation for my case would be. The fee is also very reasonable. He also sent document to explain everything that is needed, not just through talking. Would recommend his office for any traffic case!

I would like to preface this post by saying that I have needed to hire lawyers in the past and would never have considered giving any of them a positive review. In fact, I had developed a negative attitude towards the profession altogether. With that said, I hired Joseph Villanueva to resolve a somewhat complex moving violation issue. Joe was amazing. My wife got a speeding ticket in New York while she was driving back to Delaware from Canada. She was facing six points on her license. I contacted Joseph P. Villanueva Attorney, LLC, about my situation. He charged me a very reasonable fee for his service. The process was very simple. After paying the service fee, one of his paralegals contacted me to begin the process. Within a short period of time, they were able to get the judge at the local court to reduce the charge from six points to an equipment violation with a small fine. Joseph and his office were easy to work with when presenting my speeding ticket case. They were fast, efficient and affordable in all communications and services.
