I hired this lawyer back on Sept 2019 in the 125th DMV office to represent me for an improper turn. Paid her cash and said she will provide a receipt via text and never did. On the Sept 2019 hearing, she requested for another date which was pushed to 09/2020, but that hearing was pushed to July 2021 due to pandemic. I never heard back from her regarding an update so I went to DMV and told me the hearing was dismissed. I reached to Marcia for a refund and told me she owes me nothing! So I basically paid her for my hearing to get postponed twice to then dismissed! She was very rude when I was reaching out to her for updates, she is unorganized and not reliable! I will not recommend this lawyer.

MARCIA WAS A GOD SENT HELP.. DIDN'T KNOW I HAD SO MANY OPEN TICKETS BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO WIN MY CASE WITH A DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES. SHE'S A NO NONSENSE TYPE OF ATTORNEY.

I am an attorney myself, and I retained Marcia to represent me at my trial for a speeding ticket in Manhattan. Marcia payed very close attention to the officer's testimony, and picked up on a subtle flaw in his case (a flaw that I would never have picked up on). After the officer's testimony, Marcia made a motion to dismiss. The judge put her on the spot, asking for specific caselaw to support her motion to dismiss. Marcia quickly found and presented relevant caselaw in support, and the judge granted our motion to dismiss. I was EXTREMELY impressed with Marcia's knowledge and performance. Atty Biondo is tenancious and went the distance for me. I hired her on the spot for my ticket this past Thurs at the Manhattan N DMV. She handled it and got a dismissal. I am pleased. I will re-use and recommend her services.

Atty Biondo is a season veteran in traffic court. Composed and professional. Showed up for traffic court hearing, but my original atty was a no show. I saw how she interacted with others, and she was nice enough to answered several questions for me, within a few minutes i hired her on the spot, and my ticket was dismissed.

I hired biondo for 3 DMV traffic cases, she didn’t show up to 2 cases resulting in those cases to be guilty and pts on my license, the other case she did show up but didn’t do much for me also 3rd case guilty now my license is suspended. Not cool !
