I am writing this review to express my gratitude for all the hard work that was shown to me by Attorney Jim Hacker from E Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy ~ Schenectady office. This law firm represented me in a personal injury case after my car accident. Attorney Hacker was kind and very professional; and he kept me well-informed as to what his plan of action was and what the goal was that he was trying to achieve throughout my case. He was nothing but professional ; as was his assistant /paralegal, Kim Meyer. They returned my calls in a timely manner and Kim was always well-informed as to what was going on with my case to-date. Both Jim and Kim were amazingly supportive to me during my recovery from my injury and assured me that the settlement would be reasonable and appropriate. These cases are not settled in a day; they are time-consuming and require documents from regular doctor visits, surgeon & physical therapy updates.
