I found John Harwick a few years ago after being denied by a dozen attorneys in a collection matter. John listened to every part of my story and trusted me as a client. He had a full understanding of the case and he kept his promises to me. I was always informed when there was action taking place, he would quickly following up to any of my questions or concerns, I was kept up to date by him sending me documents for my records and most importantly, he got me the desired results! I consider myself a highly informed client, a lot of attorneys do not like that but John Harwick represented me with unmatched professionalism, it enabled me to eliminate a lot of stress normally associated with litigation, it was clear I was in good hands, I did not have to worry about the direction of my case. When I retained E. Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy LLP, I knew I was getting the best of the best. My attorney Julie Nociolo worked tirelessly to acheive the best possible outcome for me, although the odds were not in our favor. This law firm represented me in a personal injury case after my car accident. Attorney Hacker was kind and very professional; and he kept me well-informed as to what his plan of action was and what the goal was that he was trying to achieve throughout my case. He was nothing but professional ; as was his assistant /paralegal, Kim Meyer. They returned my calls in a timely manner and Kim was always well-informed as to what was going on with my case to-date. I was frustrated by the "you just have to wait" answers I was being given by my Manhattan lawyers regarding my case after a positive jury award. It felt passive and limited. So i interviewed multiple firms in the city. They said the same thing. Then I spoke to John Harwick at E Stewart. He told me I didn't have to wait and that prejudgment discovery should be requested and liens should be placed to lock down assets for collection. He was bulldogish and savvy and I hired them. He was also right. We filed and got positive results on all fronts and liened assets that exceeded my award. I even got told by earlier lawyers I'd called who wanted an updated that they didn't even know that was possible. I was exceptionally pleased with the collection efforts for which I hired E Stewart.
