My name is Sierra R. Christiaan Van Niekerk did a very great job at helping me file for bankruptcy and helping me keep my vehicle. He filed all of my paper work that was needed for court and showed up on my court date on time to represent me. I do recommend his services to others. He is very professional and he works swiftly to get court papers processed. He is also easy to reach for any questions or concerns.

I am so thankful that we chose Mr. Van Niekerk as our bankruptcy attorney. I was initially very nervous and overwhelmed but Mr. Niekerk explained the whole process from start to finish and made me feel very at ease! He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I could not believe how quick he was able to get this done for us! Both he and his paralegal Christine were friendly and very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns.
