This so called attorney will take your money and vanish. DO NOT HIRE HER. She makes all these great plans and fills your head with false hope. You pay the retainer and she disappears. Total clown

She needs to permanantly lose her license or retire. Worst experience ever with ANY lawyer in my most important time of need. I was told to find her in the court house because she doesn't return calls, texts, emails, and/or will not do office visits.

Once she got my retainer she disappeared, like so many others who reviewed her here. Prior to that she was attentive and appeared competent, There is something wrong mentally with her to continue doing this. File a complaint with the Attorney Grievance committee to help stop her from abusing clients. She needs to be stopped.

It's been a few years and I still have nightmares about my dealings with this attorney. She took thousands of dollars from me and did nothing but further victimize me. After arranging babysitters and arriving for scheduled appointments, she no showed several times with no explanation. Promised to do many things but did nothing. Do not hire this attorney. She should no longer be practicing.

Ms Cunningham was supposed to help me with a real estate Purchase. At first, she was great. That lasted a matter of days. She would not call me, email me or answer any text messages. She left me hanging and just disappeared. I would not recommend her, she seems to have a record of doing this.

I had a "free" consultation with this lawyer. It turned into time manipulation and being given a bill of over $250. I was billed with things that did not occur or went to the wrong e-mail. I filed it with an attorney-client mediaition group several months ago...have not heard back yet...and she is still billing me with interest. Poor professional practices...

Started out ok but once case (custody) got moving she vanished. showed up at 1 hearing and that was it. Has never returned any calls and left me high and dry for 2 others.

I hired her over a year ago when I filed for my divorce. There was very poor and almost very little communication between her and my x lawyer. The last 6 months there was NO communication between her and I . She did not respond to phone calls, emails or mail. I had to seek another attorney however it was too late we ended up going to court for no reason at all. Going through a divorce is stressful enough however adding trying to get your attorney to do her job was even worse.

Ms Cunningham disappeared after receiving my retainer and before any work was actually done. She took my money and ran leaving me in a terrible legal position and without representation.

I retained Ms. Cunningham even after finding out about her past misconduct record, and found her to be tough, smart, and very knowledgeable. I received excellent service from her, and achieved a quick and fair outcome to my divorce. I would recommend her to anyone.
