Best moving violation attorney on Long Island

I called these people last week on a Thursday and I asked to speak with Ron he was not there, I was told they would call me back. Four days goes by and I still don't hear from anybody. At this point I decided to call back for a follow-up and one of the secretaries answers the phone and I asked how come I haven't heard back from anybody in 4 days ? She stated the weekends they have off and Fridays they really don't do much business on the phones. I was told again somebody will get back to me, It's been over a week later and still I haven't heard back from anybody. There very rude and inconsiderate people over there!, Shame on you people for leading people on you should just be more upfront with people and tell them that you can't help them out instead of playing games! Never again will I use this place they really completely wasted my time!

I dont know where to start,,, lets say I recognized how ignorant, disrespectful layer , throwing blame of misunderstanding in A CONVERSATION ( I'm grateful i didn't hire him for it to get into action). He Got frustrated that I was asking questions, he was answering with more questions trying to make it more complicated and put me in a corner to make me feel I know nothing of my situation, and when I confronted him by saying "why are you talking to me like I dont understand " he topped it by saying , and I quote : " maybe because I'm smarter than you". If you want to laugh with someone with paper framed on the wall call him.

Carolyn was my para-legal. She did a wonderful job taking over my case. Even better results than I expected.

This days it's hard to find some one you can trust to do the right thing. They followed up in a timely manner but someone dropped the ball. I was told that the ticket was reduced to 2 point but I got 4 as much as the original ticket, I had to pay same fee + the lawyer's fee and take point reduction class.
