Mr. Cook and Carolyn are amazing to deal with. The moment I presented my traffic situation they went to work. I mean they didnt even waste a minute I think. There are some reviews that you are eager and joyful to write and for me this one is one of them. I have dealt with some lawyers on LI but no one comes this close to making you feel at ease, handling your case and keeping you in the loop, doing it professionally and expeditiously. Before going to Mr. Cook I was speaking to another lawyer who didnt even answer my email for 3 days and that moment I knew I had to find someone else.
